What do I need to bring?

Thailand is a tropical country but Chiang Mai can get cool during December and January. Bring standard training gear ie shorts, t-shirts and joggers and comfortable everyday attire.

 One of the many virtues of Thailand is things are inexpensive. If you need to go shopping for items just let us know and we will arrange everything.

How do I qualify for the program?

Simple, pick up the phone and Skype or message Justin to start a dialogue. From there a FREE consultation will determine whether you are eligible or will benefit from the program.

What happens when I arrive at Chiang Mai Airport?

Upon arrival at Chiang Mai you will be met and chauffeured to your accommodation.

 You’ve probably had a long fight so you will be left to rest recover from any jet lag after the team has shown you around.

So when do I start the program?

The program will start the day after you arrive. You won’t commence any strenuous physical training for the first few days as your body gets used to the new surroundings and dietary changes.

 Also within the first 3 days, you will undergo comprehensive medical testing and evaluation.

Do I need travel insurance?

We strongly recommend anyone traveling beyond their home countries to take out a good comprehensive insurance policy. They are not expensive.

Can I drink alcohol and smoke cigarettes?

Drinking and smoking on the program goes against everything we are trying to do for you.

 For optimal health and weight loss results, we strongly encourage all program participants to abstain from both as they are detrimental your health and your weight loss transformation.

What are the meals like?

Your meals will be low calorie, high in nutrition and packed with flavor.

 One of the features of the program is to alter life-long poor eating habits and to change your palate.

 Once your palate is adjusted to prefer fresh and healthy food you will quickly see how vitally important to your health proper food really is.

 Our appearance and health are for a large part governed by what we put into our bodies. Understanding this is a crucial step. Live better. Live longer.

Is there a risk of over exercising?

Your program is designed specifically for you so that the right intensity and duration of exercise is executed in a careful and progressive manner.

 This is important because your body needs time to recover and rebuild.

 Each activity session is designed to leave you with a sense of accomplishment rather than defeat, failure or outright exhaustion.

 Obviously, weight loss times vary due to each person’s metabolism as well as things like age, physical and mental state and so on but rest assured your results will be dramatic!

How long until i see results?

Virtually from day 1. But  more important than instant results is consistent results. Justin’s program is so effective that your weight loss will be ongoing and constant throughout the whole program. Because we understand your questions i.e. How to lose weight naturally? and how to make this whole process consistent? 

 Obviously, times differ from person to person based on many variables such as age, weight, physical and mental conditioning etc but you will see results QUICKLY AND CONSISTENTLY using exclusively natural methods which makes the whole process long lasting!

Can I come at any time or are there set dates?

There are no set start dates but we cannot guarantee the date at which you wish to start is available.

 We have only a limited number of spaces available as we keep the numbers of clients very limited so advance booking is recommended.

What about my accommodation?

Don’t expect a 5-star hotel with 24/7 room service and 200+ cable TV stations with free cocktails by the pool! That goes against everything the program is designed for.

 You are here to leave the artificialities of the Western World behind and focus on changing your life.

 Your accommodation is a good clean serviced apartment with all modern amenities in the Old Chiang Mai City district within walking distance to all major malls, markets, temples and sightseeing attractions.

What’s the weather like in Chiang Mai?

Thailand is a warm tropical country which makes it a desired holiday location.

 Being in the Northern part of Thailand, Chiang Mai’s weather conditions are generally a lot more pleasant than the south of Thailand. Humidity is low and the temperatures are milder.

 The Hot (Summer) Season in Chiang Mai extends from March through May.

 The Rainy Season stretches from May through to October and “the cool” (Winter) Season is from November through to February. 

 The good thing is, the weather will play virtually no part in your weight loss transformation other than the hotter it is the more calories you’ll burn!

 Overall you will see the same consistent weight loss results all year round.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations will result in forfeit of the entire deposit. Make sure that you are truly ready to attend the dates chosen because space is limited. This is a specialized program with limited guest space. You will be able to reschedule your reservation more than 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival provided that the new dates coincide with an open availability. You will be given every consideration in meeting your requested calendar needs. Any changes to a reservation must be made at least 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Short notice changes can result in additional fees up to 25% of total rate. There are no credits or refunds for late arrivals or early departures. This is an industry standard. Fitness and weight loss professionals are in the business of enabling you to adhere to your own self-promises and commitments – not depart from them. As Justin’s business is small and specialized, cancellations can greatly impact a small private business like Weight Loss for Men  Thailand therefor Travel Insurance is a wise way to protect your commitment no matter what comes up after you have booked your stay.

What if I need to depart early?

WEIGHT LOSS FOR MEN THAILAND can accommodate only a limited number of clients at any one time. Due to the small numbers, we are unable to provide any refund if you decide to leave earlier than your due date.

 We do know unforeseen things happen though. If any of the following occurs, we are happy to defer your program until you are able to return and continue on with it :

  •  death or illness of a family member back home
  •  your own illness, injury or recurrence of a previous injury
  •  unforeseen emergency at home

 Don’t forget, we always recommend you take out a comprehensive insurance policy any time you leave your home country.
