I needed to do this I needed a reset. My relationship with food and exercise was broken. It was my wifey who persuaded me to come out here. I thought it was a bit extreme and the journey took a hell of a long time coming from Ireland, but it was so worth it. The regimen and the team are really focused and while there is a broad range of abilities. I did find myself the least fit and falling behind but the team were always there. There was no pressure I was going at my own pace and I felt really well looked after. I managed to lose best part of 1.5 stone in three weeks. Weight Loss For Men Thailand Just coming to the end of my programme with “Weight Loss for Men Thailand “ .
I booked a 4 week programme but you can do 8 week and 12 week programmes as well. I had the worst year of my life from December 2022 to December 2023 where I lost my older sister (71) in December 2022 and just as I was coming to terms with that I lost my younger brother (58) in June 2023 I was struggling mentally and was comfort eating and earlier in the year I had snapped a ligament in my right ankle so couldn’t do any exercise so I was putting on weight . But for me the main problem was my mental state I needed to get away from my life and go somewhere to sort myself out. After lots of research I came across “Weight loss for men Thailand” and thought it sounded ideal .After hours and hours of research on YouTube the internet and trip advisor I sent an email asking if I could join the programme .
Justin the owner and founder of the business arranged a convenient time for us both to speak over the phone and once I’d explained my issues he said he had a space for me on the 29th January 2024 for 4 weeks. WLFMO is educational, is fun and you are joined by men with similar stories, weight issues and goals from all over the world. We had 6 in our group from England, Ireland, USA and Australia ( me too). I now have learnt the tools to continue my weight journey when I go home. And while I was here enjoyed the many jungle walks, temples, mountain hikes, villages, markets and fantastic food. 40 KG Gone! Great Fun ! Well, What Can I say? I lost 40 KG on this program. Its been a lifesaver. Justin is a great coach but the hard work, burning desire and willpower has to come from within. The program provides you with the support you need to succeed. One of the strongest features of the program is the group of men that gather on the mission. We all come from different countries and backgrounds. We are a very diverse group of men but we all share one passion and goal which is to change our lives by reversing the decline in our health. At the beginning of the program I was just thinking what if I could lose 10 KG? But now after losing 40 KG my thinking has entirely changed. Now I am thinking about getting healthier, getting stronger, faster, better. Honestly I feel like I am 30 years younger!

I think the most powerful thing that happened to me was that I realize now just how bad my physical condition had deteriorated over the years and just how much I was in self denial. Justin has a way of putting the problem square in front of you so that you can tackle it.

Justin is a great coach and mentor and can help you turn things around with your health. He might get in your face a bit but for most of us that's what we need. When I caught a cold he would check in on me regularly to make sure I was OK. When I climbed Doi Suthep he was right with me the whole way even after I fell behind the other trekkers. Obe is also a licensed guide with extensive exeperience in some of the most demanding treks in Thailand. From the day you arrive, Justin and Obe will take care of all you needs to get set up in Thailand so you can focus on your mission. You will quickly assimilate into the team and before you know it drop 10 KG. I love this program and what it did for me. I highly recommend it to anybody that wants to get fitter through diet and exercise. Give it a try! What do you have to lose? 20, 30, 40 or more KG! Over the 3 months I participated everyone lost a lot of weight and everyone got healthier.

Let me start by saying all these reviews are accurate and Justin and his team have come up with a system that 100% works. The program is simple, effective and enjoyable. From my standpoint EVERYONE I’ve spoken to, met or come across who took part in WL4MT has come away with a significant weight loss result.

When your journey begins you will meet up with your fellow weight loss-ees who over the next few weeks become your friends and teammates. To me this was just as influential as the program itself, being around other guys (who I got along with well) with similar problems to myself I found really supportive. The exercise regime and healthy nutrition choices became so much easier when you have your new companions to share it with, sometimes it was competitive sometimes it was mutual encouragement but for me I found every interaction positive. As you meet up daily you discuss the positive physical transition that’s happening to you all and the plummeting numbers of the scales and it just drives you on for more of the same success.

Upon my arrival my fitness capacity was embarrassingly bad, to a point where many other health programs just wouldn’t be applicable. Justin took me through a process which was steady and achievable, I found myself being pushed slowly everyday that by week 2 I felt like a new person and by week 3 I was challenging myself in ways I didn’t think possible at the start.

Although I feel like I’ve been given the tools to continue my weight loss at home in my own environment I will definitely return to WL4M in the future as the change in environment from my usual hectic lifestyle is perfect for me.

Mind & Body Reset What I was looking for personally from this program was a mind and body reset, which I have achieved in my 4 weeks here.

Best 4 weeks ever I have just finished a 4 week course here at weightloss for men thailand.

I am 34 years old and from the uk. I have struggled with my weight over the last 10 years and since covid my overall health got worse and I was border line diabetic. After trying many different diets and using using mupltiple personal trainers I was getting no where.

I needed a break away from all the distractions at home to allow me to concentrate on my health and mental state. I searched the Internet and came across this program and decided to book it, this was a very hard decision for me as I have a 2 year old son at home and to some people including myself it seemed selfish leaving him and my girlfriend for a whole month. But after speaking to Justin on the phone he made me realise that the selfish thing is letting my health get worse and that spending this 4 weeks away is going to change the future of my life and give me the big health reset and knowledge I needed.

Best decision you will ever make I just finished the 4 week program, it has changed my life. I lost 25 pounds I lowered my blood pressure and my A1C. I now have a new lease on life. We were all strangers but are now family. The program includes hiking up many incredible mountains, where you get the sense of accomplishment, and bonding along with sightseeing to the temples. When you get to the top of the hike you get rewarded by being in a mystical place with breathtaking views. Chiang Mai Thailand is where the magic takes place. This program is no joke and is the real deal. WL4MT will show you how easy it is to really drop weight by getting healthy and eating clean fresh food (Photo's below for food example). There are so many things you can do outside the program to keep yourself entertained and cost of living in Thailand is much cheaper than Australia 🇦🇺 or the USA 🇺🇸 . This has changed my life Just do it! This has changed my life. I am in my 50s and have been trying EVERYTHING to lose weight. Weightwatchers, keto, Atkins, low cal, low fat .everything .I lost some weight and then gained more weight ..But, here, I learned a system and tools that I can use the rest of my life!

Pros:
1. Amazing weight loss - I am 5’11”. When I stepped on the plane to come here, I was 214.1, the day I finished I was 193.6 (That is 20.5 pounds in about 28 days .crazy). By the way, there are guys of all sizes on the program. Guys who are much bigger obviously lose a lot more weight in that time span.
2. Learned how to eat - This is key to me. We learn how to eat in the way that we can keep the weight, and take off additional weight when we get back into the real world. So, I now understand what to eat, and how to eat.
3. Exercise in a smart way - This is very individualized. They figure out what you can do, and they help you do it.
4. Individualized/personal advice - Justin provides clear advice to each one of us based on our needs.
5. Fun as hell! - We are in the middle of a beautiful place in Thailand (Chiangmai), hanging out with a bunch of guys all with the same goal. You go on walks together, you explore together, eat together, and have fun together. It really is a close bond that you develop with the Justin and Will and the guys on the program.
6. Caring - Dude, they care. They care about what they are trying to teach and they care about doing their best to help you succeed.
7. Accommodations - Amazing. I am super picky. I mean I am not young. I want to feel good when I come back to my room and relax. We are put up in a modern condo, well taken care of, have our own room/living room, with a great view.

Questions my friends asked me

1. Why not read some books and try it from home? —— I did!!!! And I failed. I needed to get OUT OF MY CURRENT ENVIRONMENT. If I were around my friends/family, there is no way I would have done this. But, to be around like minded people, with similar goals, in the right environment —— with a very focussed person giving me individual attention ..yeah .that is the way to I was able to succeed.

2. What do you guys do when outside of the program? Chiang Mai (the place we are in Thailand) is a really cool city. There are so many different activities here. You will have as much fun as you want to. And compared to home, everything is really cheap.

Great option for weight loss In the past 10 years, I have been prone to gaining weight, especially after a trip or holiday vacation. Usually, I am able to lose weight as soon as I get back into my routine but not this last time when I came back from a 2-week cruise. Nearing 60, it has become increasingly difficult to lose weight. I had always wanted to visit Thailand so I decided to visit but in the healthiest manner possible. I joined WLFMT hoping that I would get to travel yet keep my eating under control.

I was with the programme for about 2 months and lost a bit over 10 kg (~20 pounds). The program entails meeting in the morning and going for a long walk for about 2 hours. You are never forced to do anything. You can sit down after 5 minutes if you wish or you can decide to do a light intermittent jog while walking. After the walk and an hour break to clean up and rest, you are taken to lunch at a hand full of restaurants in Chiang mai. Every restaurant, no matter where you live, has healthy and unhealthy options. Justin and Will guide you as to what you should likely choose from the menu but in the end, it is your choice. After lunch, you are on your own and free to make your own decisions. What I like most about the program is that you are with your mentors for half a day and then you are completely on your own. You are an adult and you need to be able to make the right decision without being policed. Justin and Will encourage you to go for another walk in the afternoon, go for a swim at the condo pool or use the condo gym. They also encourage that you keep your food intake to a minimum and low in carbs after lunch but again, it is your decision if you decide to do something different.

I much prefer this method of coaching rather than 24-hour round-the-clock management as if you were a child. We all have friends and family that are continuously sabotaging our efforts to stay thin and eat healthily, yet you want to get away and experience your weight loss in an environment that is realistic. By spending half a day with Justin and Will, you get a daily dose of encouragement and you also get motivated by the eight other men that are in the program. There are always some that are more dedicated than others and dedication can be infectious when others are losing weight and you are not. Chiang mai is a great place to spend a month or two. Will (native to Thailand) will often offer to take the group for field trips on the weekend for an extra fee but you will find that everything in Chiang mai is VERY affordable. I joined not being that far from my ultimate goal therefore I wasn't as regimented with my diet as I should have been, yet I still lost a significant amount of weight. Most of the men are over 300 pounds and they will often have very dramatic weight loss in just a month. Everybody leaves there pretty happy with their results. The condo is very nice and Chiang mai is currently a very safe city. Every place and program has positives and negatives but I felt that my experience was overwhelmingly positive.

8-Weeks for 25kg Program was great, not only for losing weight while on it but also for learning how to change and mold your habits after leaving. You get to experiment with many different techniques to lose weight with guidance from Justin and Will. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend to anyone who has the time to take control of their life

Lost 20 kg in 6 weeks With guidance from Justin and support from Will, I managed to lose 20 kg in 6 weeks. I honestly got out of WL4MT a lot more than I bargained for. I stopped medications for hypertension and cholesterol. My doctor in Dubai was shocked to see how my blood work changed back to healthy levels in only one month. And most importantly I am off my daily drinking addiction. Not to mention the fact that I look much better and more confident in the mirror now.

Thirty days with him and Will in Chiang Mai led to an amazing self discovery and yes, loss of close to 8.8 kilograms.

I learned a lot - it was not all about what I did but what I didn’t do. I discovered a new relationship with food - what, when and how much to eat and what constitutes a ‘correct’ diet. I learnt how I could incorporate physical activity in my daily life. I learnt why 7-8 hours of quality sleep was important. I learnt how to manage stressful situations that triggered binge/emotional eating and even drinking.

For those who are serious about bringing about a significant change in your lives, overweight and obese, pack a pair of sneakers, a few shorts and t-shirts. This is a place to be.
